Our tatami bed frames are traditionally handcrafted from solid wood.

They are built locally and can be customized.

 

  Classic

Available in oak, cherry, maple, and walnut in sizes single to Cal-king.

 

Traditional

Oak with walnut border, cherry with walnut border, or maple with walnut border. Available in size single to California King.

 

Kata

This frame features a headboard. Choose from oak, cherry, maple, walnut.

 

Hako

Features 2 side drawers. Available in oak with walnut border, cherry with walnut border, or maple with walnut border.

 

Tatami Mats

These mats are the traditional flooring in most traditional Japanese homes. They are made with 100% natural straw, which is compacted and covered with woven reed.  Our selection of tatami mats will fit into any tatami platform bedframe. We carry half, standard, single, double, queen, and king sizes.

These frames can fit not only futons and tatami mats but regular mattresses in standard sizes as well. However, if you have a custom-size mattress, we can also build a frame to fit.
